National Business Institute Seminar

On April 7, 2005, a long-term care planning and estate planning seminar was presented at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. James T. Stimler was on the faculty for this seminar and he presented information on: Planning for Incapacity, Ethical Considerations when Representing the Elderly Client; Fundamental Principles of Will Drafting; and Techniques for Meeting the Needs of Your Elderly Client. The course was approved by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6.0 CLE credit hours, including .5 hours of ethics.
